How can I get a catalogue & pricelist? |

What's your price terms? |
Our quotations shown on the pricelists are based on EX. our factory.
* We will supply you at our wholesale prices when you order quantity reaches
MOQ for one item.
But if not, we will have to supply them at our sample prices which is doubled.
* If your order is supposed to be sent by courier, when we send you the proforma invoice, we
will let you know the shipping charge if you want us to prepay it for you here.
* If your order is supposed to be sent by air or by sea, when we send you the proforma invoice,
we will let you know some other charges before FOB Shanghai/Ningbo.

If you would like to pay at our
sample prices, then no minimum. that means, we also accept small mixed orders.

Can I get some
samples? |
Yes. We can provide samples but not free. Send me your sample
order list, then
we will let you
know how much you will be
asked to pay for
them including
the shipping
charge.
And I am sorry that we
our sample prices are doubled based on the
wholesale prices.

be sent by

What's the Lead time? |
Normally within one or
two weeks for samples or some small orders.
For bulk orders, the lead time is about 20-30 days
depending what you order. |

How
to order? |
Our pricelists include order form, so it's easy to organize an order, just fill in your order quantity
for each item in the form, and don't
forget to fill in your shipping details, then send the list back
to us by email.
After we get your order and your delivery way, we will do the proforma invoice for you and let
you know how much you will be asked to
pay totally, together with our bank details.
When we get the receipt of your money transfer or your money, we will confirm your order. |

What's the estimated shipping charge? |
Please let me know your delivery way when you send the order, then we will let you know the
probable shipping charge.
You can pre-pay the shipping charge or pay it after you get the cargo.

to get an idea of it. |

Do you have got any certificates for
your vibrators or sex toys? |
We don't have got certificates for each item, but only for
some items, these are representational,
actually most of our products
are with same motors inside, and with same
material outside, so
no need to do
certificates for each item. please click this
page to check the CE certificates
&
EN71 nontoxic testing report,
RoHs certificate here. what's more, each box is marked with CE,
so no problem to sell them. |

You can find the different sizes shown
on the pricelist. And here "S, M,
XL, XXL", they are based
on EU.
"12/14....30/32" are UK sizes.
If free size, that
means one size fits most for those which
are not too fat and not too slim.
What's more, we can produce
those styles according to your size
or large/queen
sizes, and the
minumum is just 100 PCS per colour for each size, each model.
But if we cannot find the fabric,
thus the minimum
shall be 6000 PCS for each colour.

the packaging?

Yes.
No problem to print the new packaging according to the customer's design with your logo &
your company name, your contact details.
the minimum is 500~1000 boxes for each design due
to the size of the box.
But I am sorry that we cannot print your logo on the products. |

Is OEM order accepted? |
|
Yes. |
1) Sex toys: for an OEM order, we need about
2~4 weeks for the mould and then work out our
first samples. If you confirm the first sample we send
you, and you confirm your order, the
lead time is about 20~25 days. |

2) Fetish wear, underwear, Lingerie:
We
need about 1~2 weeks to work out the
first samples
after we get your samples,
and if you confirm the samples we send you, and you confirm your
order, the lead
time is about 20~25 days. and the minimum order quantity is 100 PCS
per size
per colour for each item if we can get the
fabric, if no, the MOQ shall
be 6000 PCS.

3) S&M, B&D PVC/Leather products:
We
need about 1~2 weeks to work out the
first samples
after we get your samples,
and if you confirm the samples we send you, and you confirm your
order, the lead
time is about 10~15 days.
|

|
Is your quotation still negotiative? |
Yes.
1) We will supply you at our wholesale prices
when you order
less than 500
pcs for one
item,
even 1
pcs for one
item. But if you
order more than
500 pcs for one
item, we will
give you
10% off.
2)
And if you order
more than 1000
pcs for one
item, we will
give you 20%
off.
3)
For a mixed
order more than
$20,000 USD, we
will give you 2%
off, if $50,000
USD, 5% off,
if
$100,000 USD,
10% off.
4)
What's more, our
quotation is based
on EX. our factory,
for an order less
than $10,000 USD,
we will
charge you small
order additional
inland charge about
$350~$450 USD. If
the order is
more than
$10000 USD, or it's
supposed to be sent
via courier, no such
charge.
